The challenge
Schools and training programs succeed when everyone can participate. Parents need to understand an IEP or a disciplinary notice, a Deaf student needs full access to a lecture, and a new employee needs safety training that actually makes sense to them.
Education budgets are tight and calendars are full. You need a language partner who can staff a parent conference on short notice, translate a stack of notices before the semester starts, and keep sensitive student information confidential.

How we help
Our interpreters are certified in accordance with national standards, arrive 15 minutes early, and are experienced in both consecutive and simultaneous interpreting, so they can support a one-on-one meeting or a full auditorium. We work with the California Department of Education and county agencies such as Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties.
For classrooms, assemblies, graduations, and campus events we provide qualified ASL interpreters and, when in-person coverage is not practical, video remote interpreting through Focus VRI. Phone interpreting gives front-office staff instant access to over 120 languages for calls with families.
For written and recorded content, we translate handbooks, notices, curricula, e-learning modules, and safety training in print and presentation formats, and we transcribe lectures, interviews, and research recordings.

Compliance
Federal law requires schools that receive federal funding to communicate with parents who have limited English proficiency in a language they understand, under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act adds that parents must be able to participate meaningfully in IEP meetings, which generally means providing an interpreter and translating key notices.
The Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 require effective communication with Deaf and hard-of-hearing students, typically through qualified sign language interpreters. Digital course materials and public-facing documents should also meet accessibility standards such as Section 508 and WCAG, which our ADA remediation team can help with.
Student records are protected under FERPA. Our interpreters and translators are trained in confidentiality and sign agreements on request.

Workplace training
Safety and compliance training only works if every employee understands it. We translate printed manuals, slide decks, videos, and e-learning content, keeping layout and terminology consistent across languages, and we provide interpreters for live sessions and toolbox talks.
Foster Farms has relied on us for translated safety training in both printed and presentation formats and describes our team as professional, accurate, and responsive to rush deadlines.
"They have provided language translation services for our division specifically, Safety Trainings, both printed and presentations." — Tracy Bartle, Foster Farms
