Accurate translation for every kind of document

Accurate translation for every kind of document

Every document translation you receive from Focus Interpreting is performed by a qualified translator who is a native speaker of the target language and experienced in your subject matter. We translate for the healthcare, legal, technology, education, business, entertainment, and gaming industries, and we are qualified to support legal procedures where accuracy is not negotiable.

Our process is built for documents of record. The translator works from your source file, the translation is reviewed against the original before delivery, and a project coordinator verifies names, dates, figures, and formatting. You receive a finished document, not a draft.

  • Birth, marriage, death, and divorce certificates

  • Contracts, agreements, court filings, and discovery documents
  • Medical records, discharge summaries, and clinical reports
  • Employee handbooks, safety training, and HR policies
  • Financial statements, technical manuals, and marketing materials

Certified translations for USCIS and immigration

Certified translations for USCIS and immigration

USCIS requires that any foreign-language document submitted with an application be accompanied by a complete English translation and a signed certification from the translator. Our certified translations include a statement of accuracy, the translator's credentials, and a signature and date, formatted to satisfy immigration, court, and academic requirements.

If the receiving party asks for notarization, we arrange it at the time of your order. Tell us where the document will be submitted and we will match the certification to that authority's expectations, so you do not have to submit twice.

HR, safety, and training materials for your workforce

HR, safety, and training materials for your workforce

Translating key documents for new staff gives them a clear understanding of the rules, their job description, and the safety procedures that protect them. Employers across California rely on us for handbooks, safety training, benefits enrollment, and workplace notices, delivered as printed documents, PDFs, or presentations.

We keep a glossary and translation memory for each client, so a policy update translated this year matches the handbook translated last year. Repeated content is discounted, and your materials stay consistent as they grow.
