We accept most common audio and video formats, including MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, WMA, MP4, MOV, AVI, and WMV, as well as links to cloud-hosted recordings. You can email files to our office, share them through Dropbox or another secure link, or send physical media such as CDs and USB drives. Real-time and call-in transcription can also be arranged for certain needs.
